SA-20-002 ATOMIZER INVESTIGATION SERVICE ALERT. Hino engineers are currently studying the failure mechanisms of the Air/Fuel Atomization Module (Atomizer) included within the Burner System of all 2011-2014 model year Conventional Hino trucks. Hino Trucks is requesting that dealers open a TechAssistcase for any suspected Atomizer failure. TechAssistwill review the case and offer further details based on the suspected failure.
