Bulletin Summary
Some customers may complain about a rattle from the sunroof (panorama roof) area. Make sure to read the complete repair procedure before attempting any repairs as the sunroof may have rattles from more than one location. The rattle noise may be caused by: Looseness in the side cover fitting part 1. Looseness in the cross brace cover clip 2. Looseness in the movable part inside the sunroof unit 3. To eliminate this concern, the following changes have been implemented. CAUSE 1: Addition of non-woven fabrics CAUSE 2: Improvement of the assembly process CAUSE 3: Modification of dimensions of the moving parts Customers having this concern should have their vehicle repaired using the following repair procedure.
