"Global Telematics Box Module (TBM) Firmware Over The Air (FOTA) Update Customers may experience the following: ● Overhead console LED indicator not working during SOS call, no impact to the rest of the SOS call feature. Redundant with radio display. In addition, the following software enhancement is available: ● Adding missing signals to allow displaying information on mobile app This bulletin provides information regarding the latest Firmware Over The Air (FOTA) update and provides the service technician an overview of the steps a customer will need to take to complete the update. The TBM software will be updated from R5N to R5N3 software level"
