Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) Radar Vertical Misalignment Customers must experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination and the vehicle must exhibit/set the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC): ● C14A4-00 - Sensor Adjustment Required. Customers may also experience the following: ● "ACC/FCW Unavailable, Service Required" message in the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC). NOTE: This message can appear on extreme windy conditions at speeds of 97 kph (60 mph) to 113 kph (70 mph). **This bulletin involves installing two washers to the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) radar bracket behind the front fascia.
