Consumer Description
DURING FRONTAL IMPACT, THE DRIVER'S SIDE AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY AND THE DRIVER'S SIDE SHOULDER BELT DID NOT LOCK. *AK CONSUMER STATES HE HIT THE WINDSHIELD AND THEN THE AIR BAG DEPLOYED, SEAT BELT, CONSUMER WAS INJURED IN ACCIDENT. *SLC
