VALVE STEMS TO AIR TIRES FAILED, RESULTING IN FLAT TIRES, THERE HAS BEEN THREE FAILURE, THE RUBBER PART OF THE STEM SPLIT OPEN, ONE INCIDENT RESULTED IN A FLAT TIRE.
