VEHICLE EXPERIENCED A REAR END COLLISION WHICH CAUSED FRONT SEATBACKS TO GO FORWARD AND RECLINE. REPAIRS WERE BEING MADE AT INDEPENDENT SHOP. ASKING NHTSA TO SHARE SOME LIGHT ON THIS MATTER. FEEL FREE TO PROVIDE FURTHER DETAILS. *AK
