REAR END LOAD LEVELING SUSPENSION HAS GONE DOWN ON TWO(2) SEPARATE OCCASIONS LEAVING THE CAR BODY VERY LOW TO THE GROUND. UNSAFE SITUATION FOR DRIVER AND PASSENGER. COMPLAINTS TO GMC OVER FAULTY SITUATION HAVE GONE UNHEARD. AREA ZONE MANAGER CONTENDS THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE.*AK
