WHILE DRIVING, VEHICLE SURGES/ACCELERATES, DURING CITY DRIVING/SLOWER SPEEDS, RPMS STICK BETWEEN 3300 & 3500 RPMS, RELEASING GAS PEDAL, BRAKING, TAKING OUT OF GEAR HAS NO EFFECT, HAVE TO TURN CAR OFF OR WAIT, HAS ALMOST CAUSED CRASHES, HAVE HAD TO DEALER TWICE, CANNOT VERIFY CONDITION.
