ENGINE LIFTERS NOT GETTING OIL FOR 2-4 SECONDS ON START UP, USUALLY AFTER SITTING UNUSED FOR OVER 24 HRS. ONE OIL GETS TO LIFTERS, ENGINE QUIETS DOWN. OIL FILTER TOO SMALL??
