LOCK ON TAILGATE HAS FAILED 4 TIMES. NEITHER UPPER GLASS OR LOWER METAL TAILGATE CAN BE OPENED. THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD BECAUSE IT ELIMINATES ONE POINT OF EGRESS IN CASE OF ACCIDENT. THIS WOULD BE THE FASTEST WAY OUT FOR 3RD SEAT PASSENGERS. *AK
