Consumer Description
MY WINDSHIELD MAKES A POPPING SOUND ALMOST EVERY DAY AT ANY TIME I DRIVE - EARLY MORNING, MID MORNING, AFTERNOON, ETC. SOUNDS LIKE GLASS IS CONTRACTING OR EXPANDING DUE TO TEMPERATURE. I HAVE NEVER OWNED A VEHICLE - PREVIOUSLY 4 HONDAS - THAT THE WINDSHIELD MADE THAT TYPE SOUND. THE POPPING SOMETIMES SOUNDS LOUD ENOUGH LIKE A ROCK HITTING THE WINDSHIELD - NO OTHER VEHICLES ARE AROUND. THIS HAS BEEN OCCURRING FOR SOME TIME. I MENTIONED IT TO THE SERVICE MAN WHEN LAST I HAD MY 'REGULAR' SERVICE. I AM CONCERNED THE GLASS MAY BECOME A PROBLEM OR ACTUALLY BREAK.
