Consumer Description
VEHICLE BROUGHT TO DEALER FOR EXCESSIVE FAST IDLE AT START UP WITH COLD OR WARM ENGINE. VEHICLE 35 MPH IN ONE-HALF MILE WITHOUT USING ACCLERATOR. TACHOMETER INDICATES 1800 TO 2200 RPM. MUST APPLY BRAKES REPEATEDLY TO REDUCE SPEED TO SAFE SPEED. RPM RETURNS TO NORMAL WITHIN SEVEN-TENTHS OF A MILE. *TT
