The contact stated that the rear-view camera displayed a black image intermittently while in reverse(R). The vehicle was taken to an unknown dealer, where the contact was informed that the vehicle could not be repaired because parts were not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 110,000.
