Consumer Description

Wednesday [XXX]/Phantom Braking Proceeding northbound on [XXX] at estimated speed of 35 mph. Road was clear with no oncoming traffic. Suddenly the brakes locked up and a collision notice appeared on dash. Brakes released and continued northbound with no further issues.
