The contact stated that the rear-view camera display was black while in reverse(R). The contact stated that the message "Camera not Available" and "Contact Dealer” was displayed. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, where it was diagnosed, and determined that the rear-view camera needed to be replaced. The contact was then notified of the recall shortly after the failure. The dealer was contacted, but the contact was informed that parts were not yet available for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
