Consumer Description

I purchased my vehicle in October 2025 for over $20,000, and It just started having issues on December 8, 2025. I have taken it to the dealership and made the head office aware of the issue I am having. The vehicle experiences delayed or absent braking response when brake pedal is applied. Dealership claims no issue found, but the vehicle fails to decelerate as expected, creating an imminent risk of collision. The vehicle has been at the Coggin Nissan dealership in Jacksonville since January 22,2026. I am not receiving any feedback or response on addressing the issue. I am now renting a car for which Nissan headquarters said will reimburse until yesterday but my issue is not resolved and my car is not safe to drive. Thank you for your help on this matter.
