The contact owns a 2023 Ford F-150. The contact received a second notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V512000 (Power Train), that the recall repair was available for the recall repair; however, upon contacting the dealer to schedule the recall repair, the contact was informed that the part was on a national backorder. The contact stated that the manufacturer's second recall notification provided false information. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.
