The contact researched and discovered that the VIN was associated with NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V674000 (Power Train); however, the parts for the recall repair were not yet available. The dealer was contacted, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The approximate failure mileage was 93,000.
