The contact called the dealer and the manufacturer and was informed that the remedy was not yet available. The contact stated that the dealer and the manufacturer offered a stipend for a rental. The contact deferred on renting a vehicle. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact had not experienced a failure.
