NHTSA Complaint #11709055 — 2019 HONDA ODYSSEY

The contact owns a 2019 Honda Odyssey. The contact stated that while driving at 25-30 MPH on an icy road surface, the vehicle spun uncontrollably and crashed into a tree on the side of the road. The air bags failed to deploy. There was no warning light illuminated before or after the crash. The police officers arrived at the scene, but it was unknown whether a police report was filed.
