NHTSA Complaint #11708568 — 2019 FORD F-150

I've had extremely hard shifts since I got the vehicle at about 30k miles. I have a 2019 f150 xlt 302a with the 2.7l ecoboost in it. I have since found out that ford has defective CDF Drum parts and have updated the ones that are KNOWN to fail. I keep seeing people getting their transmission shudders and hard shifts fixed via a TSB or Recall, but my vehicle never shows any recalls. I dont understand. I've had the defective CDF Drum in my truck since I bought it. Why am I not able to get the recall fix. I've known for quite some time that it's going to fail at some point. Nobody at the Stealership had any help or info for me. So that's why I'm here. My transmission has had issues since the day I bought it. Why do I not qualify for the recall or TSB? I bought it used but it was gold certified so the warranty was until 100k miles. I now have approximately 122k miles on it now. Any help or info is greatly appreciated. Thank you and happy new year!!
