The local dealer was made aware of the failure and confirmed that the parts were not yet available. The contact was offered the option to leave the vehicle in the dealer's possession, and the contact was also offered a loaner vehicle. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 9,000.
