Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact received notifications of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 25V741000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) and 25V766000 (ENGINE). However, the parts to do the recall repairs were not yet available. The contact stated that the check engine warning light was illuminated. The local dealer was contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact parked the vehicle due to safety concerns. The failure mileage was unavailable.
