We did not purchase a used, low-budget vehicle; we invested a life-altering sum of EIGHTY-SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS in what we expected to be a safe, reliable family SUV. Instead, we have received a death trap that the dealership refuses to fix permanently. This vehicle is fundamentally unsafe to operate. We have brought it to your dealership four (4) times for the same critical safety issues, and each time, we receive the same insulting explanation: a "software update" or "recalibration." These are not fixes; they are negligent bandaids designed to clear error codes long enough for us to drive off the lot.
