The contact stated that the vehicle's speed accelerated forward instead, and the vehicle was uncontrollable. The contact stated that the vehicle's speed continued to increase. The brake pedal was depressed; however, the vehicle failed to stop. The contact's vehicle rear-ended the vehicle in front of the contact's vehicle and pushed the vehicle into a nearby canal. In addition, the contact's vehicle crashed into the canal. No injuries were sustained. The contact stated that everything happened so fast. The vehicle was towed to a local tow yard.
