Consumer Description

BRP has a recall for the output shaft for the 2018 Can Am Spyder F3T. Just after receiving the recall letter the output shaft on my Spyder went out. My bike does have more than the 37,000 miles on it. This is a known defect with this Bike. It is not right that BRP knows this part is defective and has a milage limit on it. This bike is my daily driver for work. I have contacted BRP and have been told as my bike has more miles that i am just up a creek without a paddle as I still owe more than $11,000. on this bike. I have asked for a call back and have not received any. I think this is wrong of them to put a milage cap on this part as it is designed to last the bike its lifetime. I have even told them i would cover parts if they would cover labor on this. I just really need some help with this issue.
