The contact owns a 2024 Lexus TX. The contact stated that while driving at 41 MPH, a vehicle ran a stop sign while distracted and hit the contact's vehicle. The contact was able to swerve and avoid a head-on collision. The contact's vehicle was struck on the right driver's side toward the rear bumper. However, the VIN was not included. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 18,000.
