NHTSA Complaint #11697085 — 2023 NISSAN ROGUE

Since August 6, 2025, my vehicle has been under a safety recall and has been unusable for over three months. The recall notice states that the remedy is not yet available, and there is no estimated date for when repairs will be completed. I have contacted Nissan multiple times seeking assistance, including requests for a loaner vehicle, rental reimbursement, or buyback, but Nissan has refused to help or provide any interim solution. As a result, I have been without the use of my car for several months due to a manufacturer’s safety defect.
