NHTSA Complaint #11695511 — 2015 FORD F-350

The touch screen interface is misaligned and occasionally not working at all. The misalignment means that to activate a button the driver must click somewhere else in the screen than the location where the button is displayed. This offset appears to change infrequently. This cause the driver to have to hunt for the location where the button responds and not pay attention to the road. If the wrong location is touched it may open random menus or start unintended functions, causing additional distractions and requiring multiple screen interactions. The car does not have physical buttons for most functions. On several occasions I found myself drifting out of lane due to this problem.
