The contact owns a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the front passenger's side headrest unexpectedly detached. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed that the passenger seat headrest restraint had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 121,249.
