Consumer Description

The backup camera was intermittently showing no image and now it says "Camera unavailable. Contact your dealer." This impacts the safety of myself and others while backing up the vehicle. I have not taken the vehicle to a dealer yet but it can be reproduced if requested. The intermittent loss of image started last week and slowly led to the camera no longer working at all.
