NHTSA Complaint #11689870 — 2015 FORD EXPLORER

Backup camera not functioning properly (goes black in the middle of backing up and says “contact dealership”). I saw an article online that my car may have been affected by the backup camera recall. I brought my car to the dealership and they said my VIN was not affected but I have the problems listed. I contacted Ford and reported this with Customer Care Department (Case #: CXH-05669623-J5P1M4). They said that’s all I can do.
