Consumer Description

I have had several incidences of the transmission suddenly downshifting with corresponding loss of some gauges. This is similar to the 2019 recall NHTSA No.19V-075. I had that service done in July 2019 before any symptom surfaced. Now, in 2025 the problem has started again. I'm not sure what the previous service included (i.e. partes replaced) The original recall indicated the transmission molded leadframe however I have no documentation that it was replaced. It appears that only a reprogramming was accomplished.
