Consumer Description

The contact’s employer owns a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. The contact stated that while driving on several occasions at undisclosed speeds and making a turn, the steering wheel became stiff and required extra effort to return the steering wheel to the center. There were no warning lights or messages available. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 204,000.
