Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds and making a slight turn in either direction, the steering wheel had become sticky and failed to return to center. During the failure, the driver forcefully turned the steering wheel back to center. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 60,000.
