The contact owns a 2022 Infiniti QX55. The contact stated that the Forward Collision Avoidance: Automatic Emergency Braking System was unintentionally activated after a shadow was detected. The contact stated that there was a high-pitched beeping sound and flashing lights on the instrument panel during the failure. The brakes and steering were uncontrollable for several seconds.
