NHTSA Complaint #11685282 — 2013 FORD F-150

Random hard shifting and acceleration issue started after I had the vehicle put in service for recall, never had any issue like it before the recall was completed. My computer shows a P0720 and P0721 error. This makes me feel unsafe to drive the vehicle because of the random acceleration and shifting that occurs without any input from me as the driver. Crown motors of Redding Ca advising that the issue is not recall related and refuses to look at vehicle without doing a 300 dollar diagnostic, I’ve asked them several times if they will look at it for just the recall to make sure they have refused and have said things like “drive it for a 100 miles that should correct it”.
