Consumer Description
Sun glare is a well-documented driving hazard, yet Tesla’s Y model’s visors are too short to offer sufficient coverage. This compromises driver safety and forces customers to seek aftermarket solutions for a problem rooted in design. A responsible manufacturer should address this defect directly. Driving home as sun was setting, I was completely BLINDED by the sun. It was terrifying as the visor was too short to stop the sun glare. I was lucky I didn’t hit something or somebody plus my own safety.
