The contact had been calling the local dealer for a parts update for months and was informed that parts were not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact stated that the B-pillar trim on the driver's and passenger’s side was loose. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 90,000.
