The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, the contact was unsure if the vehicle was diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The contact referenced NHTSA Campaign Number: 19V120000 (Engine, Engine and Engine Cooling); however, the contact was informed that the recall information was not listed in the KIA database. In addition, the contact stated that the recall notification was received by mail, and the vehicle was not serviced under the recall repair. The failure mileage was approximately 40,000.
