NHTSA Complaint #11682954 — 2023 NISSAN ROGUE

My Nissan rogue has had problems starting suddenly and gives an engine malfunction warning and the engine icon I have not had the vehicle for even a year and is under 50’000 miles . The engine is giving low power and a remedy has yet to be given ‘ meanwhile I commute from Ontario to LA daily for work and the engine can fail lose power and cause a accident that is a safety issue and it feels like there is a lack of urgency and concern I went to the dealership and all they say is they have not received a remedy yet but I can do a diagnostic for 210.00 to see what I know is wrong unnecessary out of pocket expense No loaner offered until they get a resolve I had to ask metro Nissan of Montclair buy that would not be addressed until I pay for a Diagnostic further inconveniencing me as a customer this is a safety issue I have a child I have to drive around as well so it is a safety issue for my child as well and me as the driver that commutes 50 + miles . I’m at the dealership in Montclair now needing to wait 4 hours for them to tell me what I know the problem is and I’m sure they will additional recommendations this is not fair and a big inconvenience I had to miss work today because if this .
