NHTSA Complaint #11682400 — 2024 TESLA MODEL X

i was in full self driving mode. the car wanted to turn left but i thought it was going in the wrong direction so i tried to continue straight by turning the wheel to the right forcefully but the car would not let me take over and i crashed into a guard rail. when i tried to brake it was not able to stop soon enough, i have a dash cam footage. i have taken over the this way numerous times and it usually does not require much force to do so, this time it simply would not allow me to control the wheel. no one was hurt other that a guard rail. the car was totaled by insurance company. the police assisted me but i never received a police report. no pictures to share, just a dashcam video but i dont know if that would be helpful since there isn't a way to upload it that i can see.
