Consumer Description

Nissan issued the recall on my vehicle. I took it into the dealership to be inspected. Was informed my car was one that needed to be fixed because of metal fragments on the dipstick in the oil. Was told Nissan had no remedy for the situation yet and had no idea when it would be available to be fixed. So I am expected to continue to drive a car that could stop working while driving and potentially cause a crash. It is absolutely unacceptable for them not to have a remedy for the situation or even know when they will.
