Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2013 Ford Explorer. The contact stated that on several occasions while in reverse(R), the camera image fluctuation on and off, and the image then froze intended and the back over prevention camera became inoperable. Additionally, the message to "Contact the Dealer" was displayed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 78,000.
