The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken to another Ford dealer, Ted Britt Ford of Chantilly Service (4175 Auto Park Cir, Chantilly, VA 20151); to be diagnosed, and the wiper arms were replaced for not working properly. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was contacted, but no additional assistance was provided. The manufacturer stated the repairs were outside of the warranty or recall parameters. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000.
