Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2019 Ford EcoSport. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V905000 (Engine and Engine Cooling). The local dealer was contacted and informed the contact that the parts were not yet available for the recall repair. The vehicle had not been diagnosed or repaired. The contact wrote a letter and sent an email to the manufacturer. The manufacturer responded and stated that whenever parts became available, another notice would be sent. The contact had not experienced a failure.
