Consumer Description
Ford Motor Company has an issue with their 2024 Ford Mustang Convertibles, where condensation forms in the footwell ducts during air conditioner operation. As condensation accumulates, water drips onto the driver's foot and potentially the gas and/or brake pedal, creating a risk of driver error. This issue has been known since the vehicle's delivery nearly two years ago. Ford has acknowledged the problem but has not provided a resolution, stating that this occurrence is "expected."
