The contact was informed that the wrong color of part had been delivered. The contact stated that the issue had persisted for months. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue, and the contact was informed that the dealer would be contacted regarding the issue. Additionally, the contact stated the recall safety risk was major, and the contact was afraid that the vehicle would experience the failure. The contact had not experienced a failure.
