NHTSA Complaint #11679022 — 2014 RAM 1500

The contact owns a 2014 Ram 1500. The contact was an independent dealer. The contact stated that upon receiving the vehicle back into inventory due to repossession, the contact was aware of an unrepaired open recall on the vehicle. The contact stated that the vehicle was towed to the dealer by the previous owner. The manufacturer was made aware of the unrepaired open recall on the VIN, however the manufacturer declined to approve the unrepaired open recall.
